We've all heard that coffee is better for you, but hear me out. This is a completely different angle. What we're trying to say here, is that, besides the health hazard that energy drinks put on the body, there is a net benefic effect that you receive by drinking coffee.
Many people drink coffee solely for its pleasant taste. Others choose it to provide a natural energy boost.
There are many other advantages from coffee, including:
